Instantly the tight muscles were found manipulated and stretched. Long term my neck had been carrying tension and Iong cycle rides usually made this worse. Amanda could obviously feel this and spent some time here. What can I say I really do feel 2" taller and all week my neck has been comfortable and free from stiffness.
